Orders are processed and shipped within 1-10 business days of being placed. Transit times typically take between 2-7 business days, depending on the delivery address, not including weekends or holidays. We are not responsible for delays caused by mail carriers.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number. New tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to activate from the time you receive your shipping confirmation.
My package was lost/stolen, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, no, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the package has left to go to the carrier service, we no longer assume responsibility.

Who pays customs, tariff, and/or duty fees?
Customs, tariffs, and/or duty fees are not included in your purchase or in the shipping cost. We are not responsible for any costs or issues incurred due to customs. For more information regarding custom, tariff, and/or duties fees, we recommend for you to contact your local customs office.

Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from IF HAPPY FITS. We have a 14-day return policy in exchange for STORE CREDIT ONLY, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return if you are not satisfied with your purchase. SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags still attached, aka brand new. Items must be hair-free and stain-free. Items that don’t arrive in this condition will not be returned. We will not ship back products that do not reach our return standards.
US RETURNS
Returns are easy! To start a return please email us at ifhappyfits@gmail.com. We will then email you a return label which costs $8.00. The return label fee will be deducted from the STORE CREDIT. Print the label, stick it on your package, and drop it off at your nearest post office.
Due to the limited availability of items, we do not offer exchanges. Once you receive your store credit if the item you want is still in stock you can place a new order or use your store credit towards any other items in stock.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International buyers will have to purchase the return label with their chosen mail carrier.
